Triton Plumbing is registered as a S Corp with the IRS and a registered full-service plumbing company with the State of Michigan. We are a fully licensed and insured company. Our plumbing service staff is all licensed with the State of Michigan.

Warranty:

Triton Plumbing offers a 1-year warranty on all labor provided to their customers. The warranty covers labor, general parts, and materials used to complete service. Warranties to major plumbing appurtenances/fixtures such as water heaters, sump pumps, faucets, ect. are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. Any situation where the appurtenance fails under the warranty timeframe, it is of the customers responsibility to contact the manufacturer for replacement. Any labor and materials needed to repair or replace such appurtenance shall be subject to labor and material charges.

Triton Plumbing will offer a 72-hour leak response warranty. It is the customers responsibility to observe all plumbing installed once Plumbers have left the jobsite. Any, and all leaks must be reported to Triton Plumbing by calling 248-520-0322 within 72 hours of work being completed. Reponses within 72 hours will have work completed and fixed at no charge. Leaks will be fixed during normal business hours (Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:30pm) unless the leak is deemed an emergency. Emergency leaks are leaks that can cause harm to someone or damaging property. Most leaks after hours can be temporarily handled by turning the water/main valve off to the house at the water meter location. Any leaks reported after 72 hours may be subject to labor and material charges.

Drain Cleaning and Hydro Jetting:

Hydro Jetting/Cabling/Cleaning/Descaling/Snaking Drains involves risk. Damages to sewer pipes from electric equipment is at the risk of the customer. Triton Plumbing will not be responsible for broken, cracked, or collapsed pipes created by attempting to clean pipe or clear any blockages. Triton Plumbing will not be responsible if the cable of a drain cleaning machine or hydrojet hose gets stuck in a broken or cracked pipe. Should that situation arise, and the yard needs to be excavated or needs personal property to be cut into, a fair and reasonable price will be given to the customer to retrieve the cable or hose.  By Agreeing/Signing to the Estimate/Invoice or paying the Invoice upon completion the customer assumes all liability.

HydroJetting uses high pressure water to clean the pipe. High pressures can cause damage to compromised sewer piping. High pressures can also cause dirty water to come up in other areas of basements/drains. While we do our best to contain it, sometimes water can cause messes and damage.Triton Plumbing will not be responsible for any and all damages caused by the actions of HydroJet cleaning. By Agreeing to the Estimate or paying the Invoice the customer assumes all liability.

Payments:

For Standard Residential Customers, payments are due in full once service has been completed. Accepted payments are cash, check, and all major credit cards. Customers have the option to pay by phone with a Credit Card. Invoices over 30 days overdue will be subject to a late fee of 2% per month for as long as the balance remains unpaid. Any bounced/returned check will receive a $35 fee as well as any overdue penalties. Unpaid invoices after 30 days will lead to Property Leins, Collections, and Legal Action.

For Contractors, payments are due in full once service has been completed. Accepted payment is Company Check and Certified Cashier's Check. Invoices over 30 days overdue will be subject to a late fee of 2% per month for as long as the balance remains unpaid. Payments on invoices that are bounced or returned NSF will receive a $200 return check/payment fee added to that invoice. Contractors that are passed 30 days on any invoice(s) will not be able to schedule work on new or existing projects. Unpaid invoices after 30 days will lead to Property Leins, Collections, and Legal Action.
